“Does my Groupon/Living Social require a reservation?
No, you are free to come any day we are open to use your Groupon or Living Social. We do, however, require a reservation for any lessons. You can reserve that lesson by calling 630-964-2550 and choosing extension 1.
“Does my Groupon/Living Social include a helmet?”
No, none of the Groupons or Living Social deals include a helmet rental. Helmet rentals are available for only $10 per person!
“My Groupon/Living Social expired, now what?”
You can use that voucher as a coupon for the amount you paid off of your next purchase in store at Four Lakes!
“Why do I have to create an account?”
In order to rent equipment with Four Lakes we need certain information from each person using our equipment. This information is necessary to ensure the skier/snowboarders safety.
“What information do you need”
We need information that includes, but is not limited to: Name, D.O.B., Address, Phone Number, Email, Height, Weight, Ability level, Shoe Size.
“Do I really have to do this online?
Yes, because it takes about 6-10 minutes to gather this information in store we must insist that you make the account online ahead of time. If you do not make your account online before arriving you will be asked to do so before we can assist you at the cashier.
“I made an account, now I can’t add people to my family or find the rental info”
Click the “My Account” link at the top right of the page. You can add family members by clicking the drop down on the first page of “My Account”. Rental information is located towards the middle on the left side of the page. You must fill out rental information for anyone renting equipment from us.
