Chris started as an apprentice ski instructor with Four Lakes. After teaching for a handful of seasons he was moved inside to work in the rental shop. Chris was later moved to a managerial role after working in the shop and learning to cashier. Chris decided to pursue a degree in Parks and Recreation Management from Illinois State University and, upon graduation, came back to Four Lakes as the Superintendent of Recreation. In 2015 Chris took over as Director of Recreation and has been steering Four Lakes in a fun and exciting direction ever since.

Tom has been with Four Lakes for over 35 years. Tom has been instructing persons of all ages in the skill of skiing and snowboarding all over Illinois since 1981. Tom, and his team, take pride in offering lessons to all ages and ability levels. Tom makes sure he is on the cutting edge of teaching philosophy by continuing his education every year at resorts around the nation.

Mark has been with Four Lakes for 13 years. Mark started as a ski instructor and moved to the patrol side to learn from the best. Mark holds certifications from the the National Ski Patrol and routinely helps to train our patrol candidates as well as candidates from around the midwest. When not in training or teaching how to safely take care of patients on the hill Mark takes passion in providing a fun, yet safe environment for all patrons.

Four Lakes will open on Saturday December 15th, 2018 at 10am for the start of the 2018 - 2019 ski and snowboard season!

Monday through Friday:
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday & Holidays:
10:00 am - 7:00 pm
