Four Lakes Alpine Snowsports does not offer returns/refunds on products that have been used/partially used. Once a product start date is reached the product is used that product is no longer eligible for refund/return. In certain extenuating circumstances such as injury, family emergency, etc. partial credits will be offered to the participant. These decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Director of Recreation or their assistants. Refunds/returns are not offered due to weather or acts of God. Please consider weather conditions before beginning your day.
